Dick Sporting Goods is running an in-store and internet promotion offering $5 off on your next purchase of any dozen Titleist NXT Tour or NXT Extreme golf balls.  Here are the conditions from their website:

  • Offer only valid while supplies last and is limited to sizes/styles available.
  • Orders must be completed by July 5, 2009 11:59 PM (ET) to qualify.
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or used on previously purchased merchandise.
  • Offer not valid towards the purchase of gift certificates, gift cards or on orders placed through Group Sales.

    • Our View: I have played the Titleist NXT Tour and I think players with swing speeds over 95 mph will prefer that ball over the NXT Extreme.  It is a bit firmer and almost spins like a tour quality ball.  And at this price, it is a bargain so if your wallet is still hurting from picking up that last box of Titleist Pro-V’s then I would definitely give these a run.

      If you drop a few balls in the water or the woods, you can buy them back cheap at UsedGolfBalls.com

      I have several balls that I am sure I have bought many times, LOL
